About OptimalLayout

OptimalLayout is a free online cutting list optimizer for plywood, MDF, melamine and other sheet materials. We help cabinet makers, woodworkers, sign makers and DIY builders cut parts with the least possible waste — saving money on every project.

Why we built it

Most commercial nesting software is expensive, locked to a specific CAD package, or stuck on Windows desktops. We wanted a tool that runs in any browser, requires no install, and stays free for the small jobs while paying for itself on the big ones.

How it stays free

The free version is supported by Google AdSense and includes a small watermark on exports. Pro subscribers (€8/month or €72/year) get an ad-free, watermark-free experience with cloud project storage and branded PDFs.
